Environment Festival
The festival last weekend started out a little wet, and continued to be wet through Saturday, but by the end of the day it warmed up quite nicely. I was a little shocked by the number of corn stove businesses that were at the fesitval this year. Overall it was a great time with lots of great information to be had for everyone. Some participating vendors that I noticed included:
- http://www.closetheloop.com/ which has recycled products, but specializes in products made from recycled tires.
- http://www.ludgate-eng.com an engineering firm from the Reading area
- http://www.newhopelifeworks.com
- http://www.hundredfoldfarm.org/ a coop housing project
- http://www.pasolar.org
- http://www.musserrefrig.com which has a unique energy efficient washing machine
- http://www.worksman.com/ which had a 7 seat bicycle cruising around the fair
- http://www.centralboiler.com which had some outdoor corn furnace info
- http://www.greenlinepaper.com America's Green Office Supply
- http://www.car-free.org Bethlehem based organization that gets people to ride bikes instead of driving cars
- http://jmfs.com Social and responsible investing counselor
- http://www.gocleanenergy.com

There are probably more, and if I discover more, I will add them when time permits.
